Do you know how sometimes you DRIVE somewhere that you've been
a MILLION times,
and when you arrive and get out of the car you
a MILLION times,
and when you arrive and get out of the car you
AREN'T QUITE SURE HOW YOU GOT THERE?
You don't remember anything significant about the drive? It's almost a little EERIE. That was today for me. I did the usual stuff around the house, did some work, and ?? I can't even remember. It was an insignificant day. Now I know what you're thinking--there's no such thing. And you're right. I hate that today passed me by. I was here, alive and well in all the moments that today's 24 hours had to offer, and I feel like I blew it. But tomorrow's another day, and I resolve to be grateful, thankful, happy, and present in it. I LOVE DO-OVERS!

Amen to that! If we didn't have do-overs, I don't know what I'd do!
Great post!!! I flit through life without paying attention more often than I should!
thanks for stopping by my blog!! Loved your comment!! lol
I have been a kinda blah mood, so it seems like I haven't been getting anything done. I totally understand where you are coming from!!!
I don't know, I kind of like those "insignificant" days. It means things went fairly smoothly with no catastrophes or major stressors or battles. It means I had a fairly pleasant day with my kids who are still alive and well. We may forget small events, but we don't forget those feelings of overall contentment, love, and peace. I think you can look back and call it a good--though not great--day!
Love the post! :)

That's the fun thing about life, you do get a chance for do-overs. And don't worry, this has happened to more people than care to admit it. And it is a little eerie sometimes. I hope today is better for you!
